Buyers decide from the photos.
Most buyers shortlist from listing photos before they ever attend a showing. A home that's been deep-cleaned, touched up and photographed properly doesn't just look better. It books more showings. The work we do exists for one reason: to make your home photograph the way it deserves to.
What we handle
You don't need to know what the home needs; that's what the scope is for. Tell us your timeline and we'll tell you what will make the difference.
How it works for you
Send us the property.
Address, when you're hoping to list, and anything you already know needs doing.
We scope it and quote one price.
Every trade, the sequencing, and a single invoice, agreed before anything starts.
The work happens on one schedule.
Trades arrive in the right order, and you get updates and photographs as each job completes.
Your home is ready to photograph.
And to show.
If you're working with an agent, we're happy to work with them directly.
Who's actually showing up.
Every vendor we send carries at least $1M in general liability insurance, verified before they're dispatched, not assumed. Certifications are checked against the trade: WSIB where required, Working at Heights for above-grade work, WHMIS wherever chemicals are used. Anything electrical, plumbing or gas is done by a licensed trade or explicitly excluded in writing.
If you're living in the home while it's being prepared, tell us; we schedule around the household.
One number, agreed up front.
Most properties land between $1,500 and $2,500 depending on what the home needs. Lighter jobs sit below that; homes needing significant repair or a full repaint sit above. You see the number before anything is booked, scope changes come back to you for approval first, and quoting costs nothing.
