Who does the work.
We choose the vendor for each job. Every vendor is verified before they set foot on a listing: $1M general liability minimum checked before we send them, WSIB where the trade requires it, certifications checked against the work rather than assumed. We score every job, so the ones who perform keep getting the work and the ones who don't stop getting sent.
